Worst hotel in the planet!

Booked this hotel and actually it turns out that Wilai has several rooms around the beach, all in different locations. Some are in the main Wilai Guest House building, but others are not. We booked two rooms and when we saw the state we were shocked. To me it seemed like a cheap and dirty place where couples go for a quick play time. The bathrooms were wet and dirty. The towels were simply disgusting. The situation of the bed linen was appalling, with hair and several spots. It was dirty, clearly used by other people and never cleaned. Reading the reviews elsewhere, I think it's a hit-and-miss.. but taking into account that there are many other decent and cheap hotels nearby, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!!!!! See my pictures below and you will understand. We decided to go back to reception and ask for money back. Two ladies started to get very angry and started being verbally aggressive with us. They called someone who was supposed to be the manager, a guy who looked like a gang member and things escalated. We felt threatened and decided to leave. They didn't give out money back and possibly rented our rooms again to couples looking for more play-time in their disgusting and appalling facilities. I made a mistake so you don't have to. Respect yourself and avoid this place!

Arriving a day early and with three additional guests we opted for this nicely located guesthouse on Soi 9. We rented four rooms on the fourth floor, one with en suite bathroom and the rest sharing two bathrooms, the four rooms had a small corridor with a door out to the staircase providing additional privacy for our party. Expect no luxury at this rate, rooms are furnished sparsely in typical Thai style, they do have TV, AC and fan in the ceiling. The beach is just out the Soi and over the road, and both a 7-Eleven and a Familymart flanking the Soi entry. Check-in and Checkout was easy and no hassle. No bling, No elevator, but Great for a budget stay at 450-650 THB.

Smalrooms but they have what you need: Aircond, refrigerator,2 bottels of water/ day, clean toilet and shower, big bed, balcony, the street can be noisey sometimes. Wifi is free but some days very weak. The hotel is just beside the beach .The hotell have a restaurant with good Thai food to low price.

Que de demander de mieux pour 800 bahts ? Chambre spacieuse et silencieuse avec une bonne literie avec salle d'eau très correcte( grande douche ) avec petit coin cuisine avec frigo ,l'inconvénient des escaliers à monter ( le sport ,ça fait pas de mal et la chambre était au 3ème ) la patronne est sympa ,possibilité de Laundry pas cher ,pour le petit déjeuner la guest à côté pour 100baths ,par personne
